What Is Happiness About?

Everybody desires to be happy, nicely, certainly they do. But should you ask them what happiness is, a lot of folks just don't know what to say. So, here comes my question - what is the meaning of happiness to you?

Alas. If you are short of an answer for happiness, I doubt incredibly significantly if you are genuinely pleased. Typically you could still be feeling lost and miserable when even every thing turns out to be what you expect in life, mainly because happiness undoubtedly does not construct up solely on "haves" or "have-nots". Yes, you could have got all which you want but really you do not realize what life genuinely is, for, happiness in this regard is merely fulfilling a physical satisfaction of materialistic desire. Now, let's ponder the following quotes by some celebrities.

"Remember happiness doesn't depend upon who you are or what you have; it depends solely on what you think." -- Dale Carnegie

"Most people would rather be certain they're miserable, than risk being happy." -- Robert Anthony

"The summit of happiness is reached when a person is ready to be what he is." -- Erasmus

Exactly.

With all that in mind, my definition of happiness is to construct up a powerful inner-self that no trial or hardship can ruin!

Happiness isn't a life with out challenges but rather strength to overcome the troubles blocking the way. There is certainly no such thing as a problem-free life as difficulties and adversities are unavoidable. How we confront and react to our challenges depends on ourselves. In other words, it is actually the individual responsibility that results in happiness or unhappiness. Vitality toughness, the amount of power or "life-force" we have, is the fact is the single most essential factor in determining no matter if or not we are happy.

Happiness would be to be discovered inside the dynamism and power of your personal life as you struggle to overcome 1 obstacle immediately after yet another. This is why I think that a person who is active and totally free from fear is really happy.

Now I can tell with confidence that happiness does not mean for the past or for the future. It only exists inside our state of life right now, here inside the present, as we face the challenges of everyday life.

"Happiness is perfume, you can't pour it on somebody else with out finding a few drops on yourself"

Clearly, happiness means lots of issues, and one's happiness list could go on and on. However it is critical to note that happiness isn't taken for granted, and in pursuing happiness we must have both laughter and tears prepared. Really, only a life with ups and downs is often a pleased one. And so long as we want ourselves to be pleased inside the 1st location, don't forget gratitude.

Well, this really is what I think about happiness. How about you?
